Have you met Leezard?

Ah, yes, Leezard. Who is Leezard?

He is my 7-year-old bearded dragon. This reptile is one of the friendliest of them all. He is typically pretty calm during the evening. On occasion, we feed him crickets ... but, mostly he is fed greens.

He's an independent — he constantly breaks out of his tank during daylight and prances around the apartment. If you want to know more about bearded dragons, click here.

For those who enjoy spirits, isn't it interesting how we all seem to pick one personal flavor? Mine is Jack Daniels ... served on the rocks. What's your's?

Reddit.com ... so good

I have been checking reddit.com on a daily basis for work and personal use. I have found it to be a great source for story ideas and the such for the paper I work for.

I have found reddit to be a calm and collected commenting community that has a real taste for important news as well as humorous and interesting stories. As a news editor, I enjoy seeing the community choose its interests rather than the newsroom. It is quite different. It would make quite an interesting 'hyper local' community if executed the right way.
